Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Carriers
We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on location and order size.

Domestic Shipping
Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Tracking details will be provided once your order is on its way.

International Shipping
Due to shipping restrictions on alcohol-based fragrances, we currently only ship within the United States. (International options coming soon!)

Shipping Restrictions
Because our fragrances contain alcohol, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or certain states/countries with restrictions on alcohol-based goods.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at orders@maxandmace.com within 7 days. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
